Wish Information: Eligibility
Qualifying for a Wish
Any child, between the ages of 2 1/2 and 18 years, who has been diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition may be considered for our program. Medical eligibility is based on national guidelines and is ultimately determined by the child's physician.
The child may not have received a wish from any other chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation® or any other wish-granting organization.
It is important to note that the financial status of a family is never a factor in eligibility, and no child who meets our criteria is ever turned away.
