Volunteering: Orientation

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Sacramento and Northeastern California.

You may apply to be a volunteer in one of two ways:

1. Attend a Volunteer Orientation

Upcoming 2008 orientations:

May 12
July 21
September 15
November 17

Orientations are from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Foundation office: 3841 North Freeway Blvd., Suite 185, Sacramento, CA 95834

We prefer that you attend one of these sessions so that we can best let you know of our needs and help you find the perfect match for your skills and interests. Please contact Diana Siers, the Volunteer Coordinator at (888) 828-9474, ext. 211 or via email at dsiers@makeawish-sacto.org for more information.

2. Complete the Volunteer Application Process.

If you are unable to attend an in-person orientation, you can take part in our online orientation below. Once you have completed it, it will link you to three forms that must be completed and mailed / faxed to our office. These include the Online Orientation Quiz, the Volunteer Interest Form, and the Volunteer Application.
